As a big year in sport and entertainment drew to a close, several members of the EngageRM team shared their standout moments and takeaways from 2022.

Data, identity and growth

Commercial Director Tim Barber pointed to a roundtable with rights owners on the value of consolidating all transaction and relationship data into a single platform to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Chief Product Officer Brett Yorgey highlighted new Microsoft applications like Teams Telephony and continued investment in Web3-based identity solutions, alongside a new mobile app due in Q2 2023. Digital Marketing Officer Reshween Jagjit called out 2022 as the year women's football cemented itself in the mainstream, with the Euros final drawing over 80,000 fans to Wembley ahead of a Women's World Cup on Australian and New Zealand soil the following year.

Across the team, the common thread was a year of real momentum — for the business, for the industry, and for women's sport in particular.
