Warrnambool Racing Club join EngageRM

EngageRM has signed its first racing industry client, Warrnambool Racing Club (WRC), just ahead of the club's biggest event of the year, the May Racing Carnival.

Previously reliant on manual phone and paper registrations, WRC used EngageRM to let members confirm attendance electronically via email — helping the club host a three-day, 26,000-person carnival while surpassing 2,000 members for the first time.
