EngageRM has officially relaunched from its original name, JayThom, standing for "Engage Relationship Management" — a rebrand that had been planned for some time, but one the company is using this moment of change to invest even more heavily behind.

Founded as JayThom in 1999, the company became a Microsoft certified partner in 2003 and launched CouncilRM in 2008 and EngageRM in 2010. A recent recapitalisation has funded new roles and US expansion, with Ned Coten joining as CEO, founder Brett Yorgey moving into the Chief Product Officer role, and Neil McKinnon joining as Chief Information Officer.

The rebrand is a soft launch — EngageRM, SportsRM and CouncilRM branding will appear alongside existing JayThom materials over the coming months as the transition completes.
