EngageRM Bring the Heat with Latest Staff Addition

EngageRM has welcomed Patrick de la Guardia as its newest Functional Consultant, joining from the Miami Heat, where he progressed from CRM Coordinator to Product Manager in under a year.

Patrick's background spans CRM, product management and custom web application development, and at EngageRM he'll lead implementation for new partners globally while working closely with the product team on the Microsoft Power Platform.

"EngageRM is the best platform on the market for sports CRM, and there are certain areas we can continue to develop," said Patrick de la Guardia. "The platform is already the best at what it does, and it's even more exciting to know that it has the potential to do even more."

EngageRM CEO Ned Coten welcomed the appointment, noting Patrick's prior work with the EngageRM platform gives him an unusually deep understanding of how it can be implemented across an organisation.
