EngageRM expands client focus with international experience

EngageRM has grown its Professional Services team with the addition of Serena Galvez as Senior Consultant, bringing a decade of CRM and data analytics experience from the LA Galaxy and AEG, where she led the organisation's migration to Microsoft Dynamics.

"Serena joins EngageRM with experience and knowledge of our market that is difficult to find," said EngageRM CEO Ned Coten.

Galvez will work across EngageRM's growing Australian client base, including Netball Queensland and the Brisbane Bullets, with her international background also expected to benefit clients in the US and UK.
