EngageRM has been selected for LaunchVic's 30x30 program, a Victorian Government-backed initiative designed to help the state's most promising scaleups achieve global success by 2030.

Over the next four months, EngageRM will join 11 other companies to connect with mentors from Atlassian, Canva and SEEK, tackling scaling challenges across HR, operations and finance.

Empowering the next stage of growth

EngageRM works with clients across AFL, NRL and wider Australian sport, all US major leagues — MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and MLS — and the UK's Premier League. Participation in 30x30 is intended to accelerate its international growth, sharpen its innovation capabilities and strengthen its global impact through mentorship, strategic support and a network of fellow high-growth companies.

The program will be led by Adam Boyle (CEO), Pru Killick (Head of People & Culture), Corey Kirby (COO) and Shaun Lumsden (Senior Solutions & Process).

"We are incredibly excited to be part of LaunchVic's 30x30 program," said Adam Boyle, CEO of EngageRM. "This is a significant milestone for EngageRM as we continue to scale our business and enhance our capabilities globally."
