EngageRM branch into cricket after partnering with Queensland Cricket

EngageRM has signed a three-year partnership with Queensland Cricket, marking the company's first client in cricket and expanding its presence in the Queensland market ahead of the 2032 Olympics.

Queensland Cricket — which governs the sport across the state, from grassroots through to the Queensland Bulls, Queensland Fire and Brisbane Heat — will use EngageRM's Microsoft Dynamics 365-powered platform across sales, ticketing, customer service and Brisbane Heat memberships.

"Improving Queensland Cricket's data management and processes, plus our ability to make data-informed decisions, is a strategic priority for our organisation," said Queensland Cricket CEO Terry Svenson.

EngageRM CEO Ned Coten called the partnership a significant milestone in expanding the company's reach in the state.
