EngageRM's Tim Barber, Nick Zanotto and Ned Coten travelled to Manchester in early December to attend TheStadiumBusiness Summit and TheTicketingBusiness Forum, meeting UK client Co-op Live's staff face-to-face for the first time.

Across close to 30 sessions, more than 80% focused on sustainability, diversity and inclusion — a reminder of how central those themes have become to the industry. The trip also reinforced how much the pandemic exposed gaps in organisations' relationships with fans outside of live events, with EngageRM's centralised approach to data and process resonating strongly in conversations on the ground.

With 2022 shaping up as a big year for the industry, EngageRM heads into the new year focused on helping clients turn these lessons into better outcomes.
