In the final part of this interview series, EngageRM founder Brett Yorgey discusses how the company's Microsoft co-sell partnership led to its first US client, the LA Clippers, and what that relationship has taught the business.

Yorgey notes the sales approach in the US differs in scale — 82 NBA games compared to 22 AFL matches — but the underlying sales process is the same, and the collaboration has flowed both ways, with EngageRM's decade of process experience informing the Clippers' operations just as much as the reverse. He also touches on the Clippers' early use of conversational intelligence to analyse sales call sentiment, and how blockchain-based loyalty and digital identity concepts could let a fan's standing with one partner extend across an entire partner ecosystem.
