Country Racing Victoria partners with EngageRM on a Multi-Year Deal

EngageRM has signed an expansive new partnership with Country Racing Victoria (CRV), which manages 66 thoroughbred racing clubs and runs more than 450 race meetings a year across the state.

The deal will transform CRV's ticketing, marketing and CRM systems, giving members, visitors and corporate partners a consistent digital experience across its different racing clubs and venues.

"This is an exciting partnership for CRV, allowing us to enhance the user experience for our customers and country club members through a platform built for the sports entertainment industry," said CRV E-commerce Marketing Manager Kate Nallawalla.

CRV becomes the third racing industry client to sign with EngageRM.
