EngageRM's recent AFL Partner Day gave the company's executives a chance to walk AFL club leadership through new platform capabilities, from partner deal management to community portals, in a digital forum with C-level executives across the league.

"There have been so many important additions to the platform over the past couple of years, as well as with the company itself, which has grown considerably," said EngageRM Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant Vicky Watt.

What generated the most interest

EngageRM's partner deal solution — which quantifies multi-year partnership agreements and automates quote-building and escalator calculations — drew particular attention, alongside updates on membership data integration and the community portal used for registrations and donations. Several clubs also asked about NFTs, and multiple clubs have registered interest in specific features since the event.

Watt, who spent over six years working in CRM at the Adelaide Football Club before joining EngageRM, said the session was designed as an introduction rather than deep training, giving clients a clear path to follow up directly with the team on the areas that interested them most.
