How the EngageRM product is the key to post-Covid success

EngageRM CEO Ned Coten reflects on how the pandemic reshaped fan engagement, forcing organisations to find new ways to connect with fans shut out of empty venues.

"Fans have to be engaged in different ways, and what our platform focuses on is how we can bring fans and teams together to help those organizations," said Coten.

Coten believes some pandemic-era habits — like virtual player Q&As hosted over Microsoft Teams — are here to stay even as fans return to stadiums, and argues the industry should pay as much attention to grassroots organisations as to elite sport. Above all, he sees a strong CRM as the differentiator that turns access to technology into a genuine competitive edge.
