Gymnastics Australia announces partnership with EngageRM

Gymnastics Australia has signed a technology partnership with EngageRM, which will power the sport's national membership database, ticketing, and a range of complaints handling, analysis and business intelligence tools.

Selected after a tender process, EngageRM's first deliverable will be a real-time integrity management system enabling faster, safer complaints monitoring for gymnasts from grassroots to elite level.

"Being innovative and creative in the way that you deliver meaningful engagement is critical for the success of sports at all levels," said Gymnastics Australia CEO Kitty Chiller AM.

EngageRM CEO Ned Coten called it a ground-breaking project that will help increase safe participation for young gymnasts nationally.
